This is the best seafood restaurant I have ever eaten at. My husband and I come here for our anniversary every year and this is our 19th year being married. We also come in our spare time. |

I visited the restaurant for lunch with a group of friends. We were all disappointed with the food. I had the seaside lunch, which was quite skimpy. 1 rubber-like shrimp, 2 overcooked scallops and a burnt miniature crab-cake. The vegetable was very, very ala dente. If I were not with dear friends who I did not want to embarrass, I would have walked out. If you insist on going there, eat BEFORE you go and consider yourself warned. |

Phillips is a wonderful place to enjoy Maryland style seafood at it's finest. I have been there many times and must have one of their famous crab cakes every time I visit. Despite a somewhat pricey menu, the overall value of the service, food and location right there in the harbor will justify money well spent. Phillips is a Maryland tradition and if you like seafood, I strongly recommend this restaurant. |
