This massive festival sprawls throughout Fair Park – a celebration of all things Celtic! Dozens of local, national and international bands play traditional Irish ballads, instrumentals, modern rock and pub songs; dance troupes showcase their talents; and roaming entertainers make everyone smile. Food and beverage vendors offer up a bounty of traditional Irish goodies as well as Irish beer and Texas fair favorites; at other booths you’ll find arts and crafts and Irish and Scottish imports. You’ll see lots of folks wearing kilts, and dogs are welcome (as long as you keep them on a leash and clean up after them). |
