The Calf Scramble and Mutton Bustin' are two events in the Stock Show & Rodeo's jam-packed schedule, which stretches over two weeks. It's more than just cowboys, ten-gallon hats, and bucking broncos; an extensive, Southern-flavored lineup of live music and a Western art show complement the livestock and rodeo action.
