Description:
|
This unique establishment, located on the west side of Fort Worth, is known for exotic game. Chef and owner Carlo Croci's "Entrate Speciali" includes Texas antelope, ostrich with green peppercorns, elk with wild mushroom sauce, venison medallions, and caribou. A variety of appetizers, pastas, entrees, and salads is also available for less adventurous (and less ambitious!) diners. An extensive wine list boasts fine selections ranging from $16 to $4,000 per bottle. Soft lighting and fresh flowers add to the gracious ambience. Chef Croci also maintains a Bella Italia in Buenos Aires if you find yourself jaunting through Argentina and in need of sustenance! |
