Description:
|
This entertainment venue honors comedian-cowboy Will Rogers with a sculpture of him and his horse out front. Inside, his bust boasts a flat, shiny nose due to visitors rubbing it for luck. Built in 1933, the complex hosts the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and Rodeo each January. The state-of-the-art Equestrian Center's annual horse exhibitions include national cutting horse competitions, along with Arabian, Miniature, Apaloosa and Painted Horse shows. A flea market is held in Cattle Barn #1 each weekend, except during the Rodeo and Livestock Show's run. |
