I have not been to Fort Worth in a number of years and was there on business recently. I used my off time to explore this vibrant downtown atmosphere and came across the Milan Gallery. They have sculpture of artist Gregory Beck, who I was told is a local artist. I was so surprised! I had seen his work at other galleries. I think his sculpture is the most amazing work I have seen in many years. A true Michelangelo of contemporary times; romantic, detailed figurative work that expresses an emotion that is rarely seen in today’s sculpture. This artist has a phenomenal talent; classical work that makes the viewer think and feel. Look for Gregory Beck to be an important artist that will be discussed in art history years from now.

I agree with Kirsten from Germany!! The bronze sculpture is unbelievable!! His work is like the great Masters of the Renaissance. Just as fantastic as Michelangelo. Milan Gallery also has a bronze of Madonna cast from the Piede.
