They have an impressive list of tropical cocktails and a good beer selection, and outdoor seating perfect for summer dining. Lots of vegetarian options. Kaya is one of the best restaurants in the downtown Pittsburgh area, and one where I take all of my out-of-town, "hip" friends! The decor is Carribean-esque with the colors and artwork and palm-tree fringes on the barstools. The food is excellent although, in the dinner menu especially, a bit overpriced. But it is an excellent "special" place for a treat. Very atypical cuisine for a former Smoky City!
