Succulent smoked meats are available in sandwiches or as part of substantial plates, and you'll find ribs, chicken, sausages, beef brisket, turkey, ham and pulled pork. All of them are cooked to perfection, as only experience can teach, and diners clamor for the goodness every time they stop by.
