Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs
Visitors to Dallas can marvel at the collection of treasures and artifacts from King Tut's tomb, as well as artifacts from other ancient Egyptian sites, at Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs, opening at the Dallas Museum of Art in October 2008. The exhibit marks the first time these artifacts will be seen in the Southwest United States and includes Egyptian treasures that are between 3,300 and 3,500 years old.
